We roast your coffee within 1 to 3 days of your order and ship it right away. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 have a flat $4 shipping rate. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

House Blend is our medium-roast washed-process daily blend, designed to be balanced and smooth with a raw sugar sweetness. It is built around a familiar everyday cup profile with depth and approachability. It works well for drip, pour-over, French press, and is our default espresso base.

About this blend
House Blend is built to be the dependable daily coffee you reach for without thinking about it. The components are all specialty-grade washed-process beans selected to give the blend the smooth, balanced profile customers expect from a house cup. The washed process removes cherry pulp before drying, which produces a cleaner, more transparent cup. Together the components hit a familiar everyday balance: medium body, gentle sweetness like raw sugar, and a finish that does not get muddy or sharp as the cup cools. We air-roast to a medium development that holds enough origin character to keep the cup interesting while building enough body to work as a single-origin espresso shot or as a milk-friendly base for lattes and cortados. If Breakfast Blend is the medium-light morning cup, House Blend is the medium-roast all-day option that holds up to milk, holds up to ice, and does not surprise you when you drink it black.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Is this good for espresso?Yes. House Blend is our default espresso recommendation. The medium roast and balanced body pull a clean shot at standard espresso parameters (fine grind, 25 to 30 seconds, 9 bars) and it blends well with milk for lattes, flat whites, and cortados.
Q: Do you offer ground coffee, or whole bean only?Both. Select whole bean or ground at checkout. Whole bean is the better choice for freshness since ground coffee loses flavor noticeably faster. If you do not have a grinder at home, our ground option will still produce a much better cup than most store-bought coffee.
Q: Can I subscribe and save?Yes. Subscribe to House Blend and save 10 percent on every order. Select delivery frequency at checkout (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and we roast and ship on that schedule. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime with no fees and no friction.
Q: When is my coffee roasted?We do not pre-roast and warehouse inventory. We roast to order and ship within 2 to 3 days. The exact roast date is printed on every bag. Coffee is at or near peak freshness 4 to 14 days after roast.
